Questions, answered
Can I publish on the Free plan?+
Not yet — Free covers building, editing, and sharing a live preview link with anyone, no credit card required and no limit on how many drafts you make. Publishing a site to its own live address is what a paid plan unlocks, starting with Starter.
What's the $4.99 rebuild fee?+
Regenerating an already-published site through AI chat replaces what's live and re-uploads fresh assets to storage, which has a real cost. On Starter, that's a one-time $4.99 charge per rebuild — not a subscription change. Growth, Pro, and Enterprise include it. It never applies to building a new site, revising a site before you've published it, or any edit made directly in the click-to-edit canvas.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and yearly billing any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated by Stripe.
What happens if I hit my published site limit?+
You can keep building, editing, and sharing a preview link for free — publishing a new site beyond your plan's limit is blocked until you either free up a slot (delete a published site) or upgrade.
Does Webese take a cut of my store sales?+
No. Connect your own Stripe account or a bank account for direct transfers, and the money goes straight to you — Webese charges 0% on top, though Stripe's own processing fees still apply.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, self-serve from your dashboard's billing portal — no contracts, no cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you do a discount for bands and musicians?+
Yes — 30% off list price on every plan, monthly or yearly, for as long as your plan stays active. It applies to bands, solo artists, DJs, producers, and music teachers. Start from the musicians page and the discount is already applied at checkout, or enter the code MUSIC30 yourself on the Stripe payment page.
Is there a free trial?+
The Free plan itself works like one — build, edit, and share a live preview link, no credit card required, for as long as you like. You only need a paid plan once you're ready to publish your site to its own live address.
